Our cancellation conditions:

The ÖHVB provides the following guidelines in the event of cancellation :

- Up to 3 months before arrival at the latest: no cancellation fee

- 3 to 1 month (s) before arrival: cancellation fee for a three-day stay

- For less than 30 days or failure to take the booked vacation: payment of 90% of the agreed remuneration.

We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR; TK 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website. When you visit our website, your IP address and the beginning and end of the session are recorded.
